💼 About This Role

You'll join MongoDB's Account Development team to identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the EMEA region. You'll work with Sales and Marketing to build customer enthusiasm and generate pipeline. This role offers sales training and career growth into an Account Executive position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify high-potential businesses as good fits for MongoDB
• Develop and execute inbound and outbound campaigns with Sales team
• Interact with IT and business decision makers via phone and email
• Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce
• Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team

📋 Requirements

• Self-starter with track record of hitting and exceeding goals
• Outstanding communication skills in Arabic (native) and English (fluent)
• Time management skills and ability to work independently or through coaching
• Passion for cutting-edge technology and ability to learn quickly

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or related field
• Proven success in sales or business development in tech industry
• Familiarity with database, web server, and open source technology
