You will design and deliver training programs that strengthen the expertise of our Property & Casualty teams, working with leaders and subject matter experts to build a modern, scalable curriculum. You'll measure training effectiveness and keep content aligned with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Experience facilitating insurance brokerage training programs
• Background in commercial insurance brokerage operations
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance fundamentals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools

Responsibilities

• Build and lead technical training curriculum for commercial P&C teams
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to define core technical competencies
• Deliver training through virtual, in-person, and self-paced formats
• Measure training effectiveness and improve content based on feedback
• Stay current on industry, regulatory, and market trends
