You'll own end-to-end recruitment for enterprise sales roles at Navan, a high-growth travel and expense company, with a focus on the West Coast. Your core impact is hunting, engaging, and closing top 1% sales performers to scale our enterprise sales teams across the US. This role stands out because you'll partner with Regional Directors and the CRO as a trusted advisor and extension of the sales team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for enterprise sales roles, hunting and closing top performers.
- Partner with Regional Directors, VP of Enterprise NA, and CRO as a trusted hiring advisor.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to build world-class talent pipelines.
- Manage multiple priorities, ensuring a standout candidate experience and organized process.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years experience recruiting enterprise sales talent in high-growth companies.
- Proven ability to identify and attract elite sales professionals with a winning pitch.
- Creative, resourceful, and bold sourcing tactics thriving on the hunt.
- Strong sales instincts and persistence to close top candidates.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience partnering with sales leadership at VP or CRO level.
- Familiarity with West Coast enterprise sales talent market.
- Track record of building pipelines from scratch.
