You'll own end-to-end recruitment for enterprise sales roles at Navan, a high-growth travel and expense company, with a focus on the West Coast. Your core impact is hunting, engaging, and closing top 1% sales performers to scale our enterprise sales teams across the US. This role stands out because you'll partner with Regional Directors and the CRO as a trusted advisor and extension of the sales team.

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for enterprise sales roles, hunting and closing top performers.
  • Partner with Regional Directors, VP of Enterprise NA, and CRO as a trusted hiring advisor.
  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to build world-class talent pipelines.
  • Manage multiple priorities, ensuring a standout candidate experience and organized process.

  • 3+ years experience recruiting enterprise sales talent in high-growth companies.
  • Proven ability to identify and attract elite sales professionals with a winning pitch.
  • Creative, resourceful, and bold sourcing tactics thriving on the hunt.
  • Strong sales instincts and persistence to close top candidates.

  • Experience partnering with sales leadership at VP or CRO level.
  • Familiarity with West Coast enterprise sales talent market.
  • Track record of building pipelines from scratch.
