Description

You will lead all aspects of warehouse operations for CookUnity's facility, overseeing both day-to-day excellence and strategic development of systems to drive scalability, efficiency, and food safety. You'll manage a team of 30+, optimize core functions like inventory and distribution, and partner cross-functionally with Culinary, Fulfillment, Procurement, and Technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years of warehouse or supply chain operations experience, including 5+ years in leadership
• Proven success managing warehouse teams in food production or high-volume fulfillment
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and MRP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Infor)
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, ingredient picking, and outbound distribution
• Manage a team of 30+ salaried and hourly associates and leaders
• Develop and execute warehouse layouts and inventory zoning to maximize space and material flow
• Own P&L through KPIs such as inventory accuracy, waste, and labor utilization; implement improvement strategies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
