You'll shape the go-to-market motion as the first dedicated sales hire, closing foundational customers in legal and healthcare. This role offers real ownership and a steep growth curve working directly with the CEO.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
  • Help build the company's sales playbook
  • Represent Codes Health at conferences and industry events
  • Drive early account expansion

📋 Requirements

  • B2B sales experience, ideally in operationally heavy products
  • Strong discovery skills with ability to ask the right questions
  • In-person oriented and comfortable working face-to-face
