This role offers real ownership and a steep growth curve working directly with the CEO.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
- Help build the company's sales playbook
- Represent Codes Health at conferences and industry events
- Drive early account expansion
📋 Requirements
- B2B sales experience, ideally in operationally heavy products
- Strong discovery skills with ability to ask the right questions
- In-person oriented and comfortable working face-to-face
