You'll lead networking and security initiatives across our hybrid infrastructure, overseeing a team to ensure stability and security for 700+ endpoints. You will drive improvements, implement 24/7 monitoring, and reduce friction in end-user experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the networking and security team, fostering collaboration and proactive problem-solving.
• Manage network infrastructure and connectivity for 700+ endpoints and colocation facilities.
• Implement device access control using Palo Alto, WAFs, Cisco, O365, and Intune.
• Develop endpoint detection and response for mobile, cloud, desktops, and mobile devices.

📋 Requirements

• CISSP certification (or preparing to take exam)
• 7+ years of security experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance
• Solid understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity, and compliance
