You'll join the Frontend Foundations team at Jane to own and evolve our Module Federation architecture and lead the frontend modernization strategy, building platforms that enable every product team to move faster. Your work directly helps clinics care for more patients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve Module Federation architecture and registry governance.
• Lead frontend modernization strategy and build codemod tooling.
• Grow React Native foundation alongside web platform.
• Elevate frontend observability across web and mobile.
• Contribute to 6-12 month technical strategy and execution.

📋 Requirements

• Multiple years of frontend/platform engineering experience at Senior level.
• Deep experience with Module Federation, webpack/rspack, and CI tooling.
• Hands-on React Native in production with shared design system.
• Proven experience modernizing legacy systems with migration strategies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with frontend observability (Sentry, Datadog).
• AI-powered tooling building experience.
• Architectural leadership through ADRs and cross-team influence.
