🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and moderate structured learning circles for educators.
• Identify and support power-users to lead sub-chapters.
• Experiment with AI tools to summarize chats and translate discussions.
• Develop community health metrics and track engagement trends.

📋 Requirements

• Experience building and scaling high-engagement digital communities on WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord.
• Demonstrated experience in distributed or facilitative leadership models.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple regions, time zones, and linguistic environments.
• Hands-on experience with foundation models (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) and prompt engineering.
