Description

You will meet with clients upon admission, build rapport, complete biopsychosocial assessments, and determine treatment needs for a virtual behavioral health program. You'll collaborate with referral sources and internal teams to facilitate access to care.

Requirements

• Experience working with a wide range of ages including children, teens, young adults, adults
• Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Access to reliable technology for telehealth services
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with clients and referral sources
• Present programming information to help clients access care
• Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for children through adults
• Determine appropriateness for virtual IOP level of care
• Document client information using electronic medical record
