You'll lead helpdesk operations using Salesforce Service Cloud, combining team leadership with hands-on platform expertise. You'll drive service excellence and optimize workflows as primary owner of the Salesforce helpdesk ecosystem.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the helpdesk/support team
  • Administer Salesforce Service Cloud for all helpdesk operations
  • Manage end-to-end case lifecycle (creation, routing, escalation, closure)

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6โ€“10 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles
  • 3โ€“5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Proven experience in leading a support/helpdesk team

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Service Cloud Consultant certification
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware)
