You'll lead helpdesk operations using Salesforce Service Cloud, combining team leadership with hands-on platform expertise. You'll drive service excellence and optimize workflows as primary owner of the Salesforce helpdesk ecosystem.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and manage the helpdesk/support team
- Administer Salesforce Service Cloud for all helpdesk operations
- Manage end-to-end case lifecycle (creation, routing, escalation, closure)
๐ Requirements
- 6โ10 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles
- 3โ5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Proven experience in leading a support/helpdesk team

- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Service Cloud Consultant certification
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware)
