🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive day-to-day CAPA program operations and remediation lifecycle.
• Partner with technical teams to gather BIA data and maintain DR runbooks.
• Administer GRC tools like Riskonnect and generate risk reports.
• Organize tabletop exercises and capture after-action insights.
• Monitor KPIs for finding closures and documentation accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• Background in GRC, IT Audit, Business Continuity, or Security Operations.
• Highly organized with experience using GRC tools or advanced spreadsheets.
• Proactive collaboration and communication skills to follow up with technical owners.
• Interest in learning global frameworks like ISO 27001, ISO 22301, or NIST.

• Experience with BCDR (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery).
