Description

As an Application Support Specialist, you'll provide second-line technical support for RELEX customers, troubleshooting complex issues in production environments, maintaining SaaS platforms, and mentoring first-level support staff. You'll work with a global team to ensure high availability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Basic Linux/Unix skills
  • Proficiency in SQL and databases
  • Effective troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Fluency in English; additional language (Chinese, Japanese, or Thai) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide software support for global customers in production environments
  • Handle complex support requests including data reporting, scheduled runs, and integration troubleshooting
  • Maintain SaaS service: setup, refresh, and upgrade RELEX software environments
  • Write and maintain knowledge base for first-level support
  • Mentor and educate first-level support team
