Description
You will partner with engineering to design and build a scalable, automated tracking platform that minimizes manual intervention and maximizes signal quality, using AI tools to automate tag deployment, debugging, and monitoring. Your work will enable marketing teams to leverage first-party signals for efficient growth and measurement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in a high-growth tech startup, performance marketing organization, or agency.
- Hands-on experience with paid social and performance advertising platforms such as Meta and Google.
- Experience using AI tools to automate operational workflows.
- Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and MMPs (e.g., Singular, AppsFlyer, Adjust).
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of privacy frameworks (ATT, GDPR) impacting marketing measurement.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions to upgrade marketing tracking with minimal manual intervention.
- Use AI tools to streamline MarTech Ops responsibilities such as tag deployment, debugging, and signal health monitoring.
- Work hands-on in tag manager and MMP to set up new ad vendors and QA marketing tracking.
- Partner with marketing and data science to deploy first-party audiences for ad tracking and measurement.
- Stay up to date on global privacy frameworks and regulations (e.g., ATT, GDPR) to ensure compliance and data integrity.
