💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the sales organization for the largest TMS platform in last-mile logistics, following the merger of two industry leaders. Your core impact is driving predictable revenue growth, owning enterprise deals, and defining GTM execution. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape a newly unified sales team and lead public-facing commercial activities.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for scalable revenue growth.
  • Act as player-coach, supporting SEs and closing largest enterprise deals.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Build and scale the sales organization, including SEs, SDRs, and operations.
  • Define process discipline across sales cycle, including ICP and pipeline generation.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 10+ years in senior sales leadership with multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics technology.
  • Proven forecasting accuracy using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
