You'll develop and maintain EHS compliance programs for manufacturing operations at Base's Austin facility. You'll conduct hazard assessments, incident investigations, and collaborate with leadership to prevent workplace injuries and ensure environmental compliance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and other regulations
• Collaborate with leadership to complete job hazard assessments
• Execute industrial hygiene studies and inspect facilities for hazards
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with EHS emphasis
• 3+ years of experience in EHS program design and oversight
• Knowledge of process safety management methods and chemical systems
• Experience applying federal, state and local EHS regulations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with hazardous waste management
• Emergency response and incident management experience
• Certification in industrial hygiene (CIH) or safety (CSP)
