💼 About This Role

You'll architect and build AI models for a personalized AI Stylist product at Dressly, a fast-growing fashion tech startup. Your work will directly drive virtual try-on, outfit recommendations, and user personalization. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to Lead AI/ML Engineer as the team scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize models for Virtual Try-On and outfit generation.
• Design and build data pipelines for fashion and user preference data.
• Collaborate with product team to translate AI capabilities into user features.
• Take ownership of model architecture and infrastructure decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning or AI.
• Proven track record of deploying models to production.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, fine-tuning, and RAG.
• Experience with Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in computer vision (VTON) or recommender systems.
• Experience with GCP Vertex AI, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience building ML pipelines and using MLFlow.
