You'll handle maintenance and repair service requests, preventive maintenance, and apartment turnovers for a student living property. You'll ensure safety and functionality of buildings and equipment at Redpoint Raleigh. This role demands superior problem solving in a fast-paced collegiate environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain physical condition of property per SOPs and OSHA
• Perform physically demanding maintenance tasks
• Operate and test life safety systems
• Coordinate vendor schedules and work orders

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience
• HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification
• Valid driver's license

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge of Entrata, CMMS, or BAS
