Description

You will lead Pinterest's Infrastructure Governance team, owning the strategy and operating model for infrastructure cost governance and FinOps. You'll define multi-year plans, manage budgets, partner with senior leaders across Finance, Engineering, and Product, and drive transparency through dashboards and reporting.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading cross-functional technical portfolios through senior TPMs, managers, or FinOps practitioners
• Deep familiarity with cloud and infrastructure systems, including cost, capacity, and reliability implications
• Strong business and financial acumen including planning, forecasting, KPI management, and investment trade-off analysis
• Track record building durable governance mechanisms and reporting frameworks that scale
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders across Engineering, Finance, Product, and Procurement

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy and operating model for infrastructure cost governance/FinOps
• Own annual planning, quarterly re-forecasting, variance management, and execute-to-budget mechanisms
• Lead a team of TPMs and FinOps practitioners driving spend transparency, efficiency, capacity planning, and vendor performance
• Build source-of-truth reporting and dashboards to make infrastructure cost and usage visible and actionable
• Partner with Finance, Engineering, Product, and Procurement leaders to drive trade-offs across innovation, reliability, cost, and growth
