You'll deliver home health speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Franklin and Granville counties. Your work ensures patients receive rehabilitative care to remain at home with independence. You'll use a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet for documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations for speech, language, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and family on rehabilitative care and activities.

📋 Requirements

• North Carolina speech language pathologist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or equivalent pathway.
• Solid computer skills for electronic documentation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior home care experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
