Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA or CMA certification
• 8+ years of public accounting or advisory experience
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP, and SOX
• Flexibility to travel

Responsibilities

• Support IPO preparation, transaction support, carve-outs, and spin-offs
• Provide research-based guidance on technical accounting issues
• Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts and project plans
• Review team progress to ensure compliance with work program and standards
• Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
