💼 About This Role

You'll take ownership of a rapidly scaling global payroll operation for US, Australia, and other international locations. You'll ensure accurate, compliant payroll through PEO partners and drive scalable processes as we expand into new markets. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape payroll infrastructure at a high-growth company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end payroll lifecycle through PEO partners
• Maintain employee data for onboarding, terminations, and compensation changes
• Review timesheets, PTO, overtime, and deductions before submission
• Coordinate PEO transitions including data migration and validation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of US and international payroll administration
• Hands-on experience with PEO providers like ADP, Vensure, Insperity, or TriNet
• Strong understanding of US payroll laws and tax regulations (federal, state, local)
• Experience with multi-state payroll and varying state tax requirements
