💼 About This Role

You'll design, develop, and validate automated high-throughput NGS assays for a CLIA laboratory at a global leader in cell-free DNA testing. Your core impact will be ensuring the successful and timely execution of projects that help inform personalized healthcare decisions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and validate automated high-throughput NGS assays
• Provide production support for existing NGS assays in CLIA lab
• Manage technical projects and associated timelines and deliverables
• Mentor and manage functional activities of junior employees

📋 Requirements

• MS with 11+ years or PhD with 8+ years in assay development and automation
• Track record of developing and validating automated protocols for CLIA labs
• Deep technical knowledge of NGS biology and processes
• Experience with first-pass data analysis and interpreting experimental data

• Experience with liquid handler robots for high-throughput automated assays
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like JMP, Python, or R
• Experience designing and executing stability and reproducibility studies
