💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic government accounts for an AI company, driving adoption of frontier models in the German public sector and defence. You'll guide organizations through secure AI implementation, ensuring measurable impact while meeting compliance needs. This role uniquely combines deep government expertise with cutting-edge technology to shape how key institutions leverage AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own success, adoption, and growth of German public sector and defence customers
• Build trusted relationships with senior German government stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive success plans tailored to each organization's mission
• Guide customers from use case identification to production deployment and scaling

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting in enterprise or German government contexts
• At least 3-5 years directly with German federal ministries, state authorities, or defence organizations
• Proven track record with complex strategic accounts including multi-year implementations
• Active Streng Geheim (Top Secret) security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading AI/ML implementations in secure environments
• Deep knowledge of German procurement processes (Vergaberecht)
• Fluent German language proficiency
