Requirements

- Experience managing complex client accounts and driving growth
- Strong financial discipline including margin management and pricing
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for opportunity and pipeline management
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned accounts to meet sales, margin, and profitability targets
- Prepare strategic account plans using the OST model focusing on quarterly budget attainment
- Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as primary day-to-day contact
- Lead complex promotional program execution from ideation through delivery
- Mentor and share best practices with Account Managers and Coordinators
