Description

You will build and lead a foundational sales team driving Claude adoption across mission-driven organizations in EMEA. You'll leverage consultative sales expertise to secure strategic partnerships with nonprofits, foundations, educational institutions, and social enterprises.

Requirements

• 8+ years B2B sales experience in nonprofit technology, EdTech, or social impact sectors
• Track record of managing complex sales cycles in nonprofits or educational institutions
• Experience building and scaling sales teams across time zones
• Deep knowledge of EMEA nonprofit or social impact technology landscape
• Established relationships with mission-driven institutions

Responsibilities

• Win new business and drive revenue within EMEA mission-driven organizations
• Build and lead a regional team managing EMEA customers
• Design and execute sales strategies tailored to EMEA contexts
• Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems to build consensus
