You'll lead compliance testing reviews to ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements across Regulatory and Financial Crime Compliance. You'll evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and support business growth while managing risk.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct compliance assurance testing reviews for regulatory compliance.
• Design testing approaches to identify control weaknesses.
• Execute design and operational testing across risk areas.
• Manage and validate issues from compliance assurance testing.
• Assist in developing compliance policies and procedures.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years in financial services compliance assurance or audit.
• Knowledge of assurance/audit testing principles (design and operational).
• Understanding of global regulatory framework (UK, European, CySEC).
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business, or accounting.
• Experience with thematic reviews and AI in testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
