Description

Build and test propulsion assemblies for Starship's Booster subassembly prop systems, ensuring high reliability in extreme dynamic environments. You will work with engineers to develop production systems and maintain build quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years manufacturing/assembly, welding, or testing experience (or trade school completion)
• Ability to lift 50lbs assisted and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work first or second shift and support overtime/weekends
• Must be able to travel to other sites if needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality propulsion assemblies
• Collaborate with engineering to achieve component delivery rates
• Perform precision manufacturing tasks like assembly, brazing, torquing, wiring, pressure testing, and hi-pot testing
• Troubleshoot failure modes and resolve technical issues
• Follow procedures and communicate work completion
