🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with CEO to define and track strategic priorities and OKRs
• Prepare briefings and recommendations to support C-level decisions

• Lead high-priority projects without a natural department owner

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, or Chief of Staff role
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with minimal direction
• Strong critical thinking and executive-level communication skills
• Experience working directly with C-level executives or founders
