You'll own the end-to-end global framework for identifying, engaging, and launching operations at venues like stadiums, airports, and transit hubs. Your work will directly enable seamless autonomous vehicle deployment across new markets. You'll lead cross-functional teams to build scalable processes and tooling for 10+ markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create the end-to-end global framework for venue operations.
• Own venue preparation and readiness for new market launches.
• Define and monitor KPIs for venue performance and top pickup/dropoff locations.
• Lead operational plans and execution for airport partnerships.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Strategy Operations, Consulting, or high-growth Operations.
• Proven track record of taking manual processes into repeatable, documented frameworks.
• Ability to communicate with executives and vendor teams, leading cross-functional project teams.
• Comfort working with Product and Engineering to define requirements for internal tools.
