🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain design system from the ground up
• Create and document reusable tokens, components, and patterns
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate code implementation
• Manage Figma component architecture and variable libraries

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years designing consumer-facing digital products
• Hands-on experience building and scaling design systems
• Deep Figma expertise in component architecture and variables
• Experience working closely with engineers on design-to-code translation

• Experience designing for communities or content creation platforms
• Interest in gaming culture and understanding of player dynamics
• Experience with desktop and mobile UX patterns
