You'll develop and produce Original stories for WEBTOON's platform, identifying trends and talent to expand our slate. You'll oversee the full producing cycle from script to publication, collaborating with marketing and design teams to push series. This role offers the chance to shape pop culture content for a global entertainment leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and produce Original stories for WEBTOON's slate
• Identify artistic and writing talent for projects
• Oversee producing cycle from script adaptation to publication
• Manage freelancer relationships and series schedules

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of producing and editing experience at comic publisher or entertainment brand
• BA degree or equivalent professional experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of WEBTOON vertical-scroll storytelling structure
• Expertise in Photoshop and/or Clip Studio

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with research and analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Functional understanding of legal agreements for creator-owned frameworks
