Description

You will lead and scale a newly formed sales team focused on roadside technology and call center solutions, spending up to 75% of your time in the field to drive execution and revenue growth. Your mission is to establish foundational workflows, coaching rhythms, and performance standards to expand market presence across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations and scaling of a newly formed sales team, establishing foundational workflows
  • Execute sales plans and campaigns to drive revenue growth for roadside assistance applications
  • Monitor KPIs and daily activity metrics, manage pipeline, and ensure monthly/quarterly targets
  • Implement training and development programs for onboarding and skill improvement
  • Administer performance management including 1:1 reviews, goal setting, and coaching
