💼 About This Role

You'll inspire French-speaking clients and sell authentic group trips to China for China Tours. You'll provide excellent customer service via phone and email, negotiating services with local providers and coordinating trip preparations. This role offers full remote flexibility and a chance to grow in a diverse international team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise customers before and after trips by phone and email.
• Provide a unique sales experience to reach goals.
• Negotiate services and prices with local providers.
• Create and translate website content into French.

📋 Requirements

• Native level French
• Fluent English
• Passion for China and travel experience there
• Good understanding of how to sell a travel product

• Basic knowledge of Chinese
• Experience in tourism or tour operator industry
