You'll drive adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform in manufacturing customers, accelerating value realization. You'll be the post-sale technical lead across all Databricks products, ensuring customer success. This role blends technical expertise with commercial strategy to grow revenue and build executive relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage with Solutions Architects to define use case demand plans.
• Lead post-win technical account strategy and execution for strategic customers.
• Serve as first contact for technical issues related to production use cases.
• Create and execute acceleration plans for key use cases into production.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years technical project/program delivery in Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting role.
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical program management with account and stakeholder accountability.
• Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
