  • Deliver high-fidelity environment concept art as definitive reference for the team.
  • Proactively resolve complex visual or pipeline bottlenecks before production impact.
  • Bridge Art, Narrative, and Design to align concepts with gameplay and systems.
  • Coach Senior and Mid-level artists, fostering craftsmanship and constructive feedback.

  • 7+ years of experience in game development.
  • Shipped at least one full-cycle AAA title as a concept artist.
  • Superior ability to highlight gameplay possibilities in environment concepts.
  • Fluent in 2D editing/illustration packages such as Photoshop.
