Description

Drive complex corporate performance management projects using OneStream XF for top-tier clients. You'll lead implementations, optimize processes, and mentor teams while collaborating with client leaders to solve critical business challenges.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full life cycle experience implementing OneStream XF
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical solutions to empower functional business needs
• Experience leading project delivery, quality control, and strategic aspects of consulting projects
• Strong understanding of CPM functional processes including close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• OneStream business rules and/or .NET and/or VBA and/or SQL experience

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical aspects of OneStream engagements including new implementations and optimization efforts across the full project lifecycle
• Support business development pursuits including discovery, demonstrations, and proposal efforts
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodology and proactively identify opportunities for continual improvement
• Educate internal and external audiences on OneStream XF capabilities and best practices
• Collaborate with other Highspring services to engage as business partner and advisor to clients
