You'll own group consolidation and technical accounting for a Nasdaq-listed AI cloud company. You'll drive SOX controls and contribute to external reporting for a fast-growing global team. This role offers exposure to complex US GAAP/IFRS transactions in a post-IPO environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own group close and consolidation under US GAAP
• Author technical accounting memos on complex transactions
• Operate and document SOX controls end-to-end
• Contribute to Form 20-F and quarterly press releases

📋 Requirements

• ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent
• 7+ years in accounting or financial reporting
• IFRS expertise; US GAAP a strong plus
• Multi-entity consolidation experience
