You'll drive growth by expanding and optimizing Zippy's partner network within the manufactured home community channel. You'll own the full partner lifecycle from identification to long-term performance, serving as the senior relationship manager for key operators. This role combines new business development and senior relationship management in a remote-first, fast-growing fintech.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify, engage, and contract new community partners
- Manage full partner onboarding workflow and documentation
- Lead strategic business reviews with key operators
- Track partner performance via Salesforce and dashboards
๐ Requirements
- 5-7 years in enterprise business development or partner management
- Experience in manufactured housing or mortgage lending industry
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
