You'll own the full partner lifecycle from identification to long-term performance, serving as the senior relationship manager for key operators. This role combines new business development and senior relationship management in a remote-first, fast-growing fintech.

  • Identify, engage, and contract new community partners
  • Manage full partner onboarding workflow and documentation
  • Lead strategic business reviews with key operators
  • Track partner performance via Salesforce and dashboards

  • 5-7 years in enterprise business development or partner management
  • Experience in manufactured housing or mortgage lending industry
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
