• Build and ship backend systems for agentic workflows
• Improve LLM-powered workflows end to end
• Own evaluation of agentic systems at scale
• Design and build human-in-the-loop systems

📋 Requirements

• Experience building backend systems in production
• Experience building or evaluating LLM-powered systems
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with Python
• Familiarity with search and retrieval systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing multi-agent systems
• Contributions to AI/ML open-source projects
• ML fundamentals such as precision, recall, cross-validation
