💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end onboarding of enterprise customers onto the Light financial platform, driving complex implementations from contract to confident go-live. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder governance while contributing to a scalable delivery playbook. Backed by world-class investors, you'll help define a new software category.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own detailed project plans across implementation workstreams
• Run weekly project governance calls with client and internal teams
• Coordinate across Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
• Document implementation processes and contribute to a scalable delivery playbook

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in project or programme management
• Experience with ERP migration projects (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Workday)
• Strong stakeholder management skills including senior client engagement
• Track record of delivering on time in fast-moving environments
