• Discover and sign new talents in Quebec's influence scene.
• Guide talents in growing their visibility and audience on social media.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and retention targets.
• Negotiate and execute brand campaigns and partnerships for talents.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant agency or in-house experience in digital marketing or influencer relations.
• Strong knowledge of the Quebec market and ability to spot rising talents.
• Experience in negotiation and managing influencer campaigns.
• Established network in PR, media, and influencer marketing on the brand side.

• Degree in administration, law, communications, or marketing.
