You'll lead the design and implementation of production AI systems for partners, shaping how Able builds. You'll set the technical bar for AI, working at the spec and acceptance layer of an AI-native engineering model. This role offers a chance to drive AI strategy and bring real business impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical conversations and build AI applications or proofs of concept
• Spot market opportunities to match technology with business outcomes
• Drive AI strategy by exploring cutting-edge AI technologies and tools
• Provide coaching and mentorship on AI capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years building AI/ML systems with production experience
• Fluency with modern LLM stack (frontier models, RAG, vector databases)
• Experience leading large and complex projects
• Proven experience integrating ML and generative models with web/mobile apps

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field with AI/ML focus
• Experience with MCP, graph-based retrieval, or multimodal pipelines
