You'll join the Engineering Efficiency team to reduce time-to-market for Qonto's tech organization by building reliable internal tools. Your work will directly impact every backend and web engineer at Qonto. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive measurable improvements across a profitable fintech with 1,600+ employees.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build internal tools to eliminate engineering friction
• Run discovery conversations with stakeholders
• Track adoption and iterate based on feedback
• Own delivery end-to-end from commit to resolution

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of software engineering experience
• Experience building internal tools or platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to measure impact using qualitative and quantitative data
