As our Renewal Specialist, you will manage customer relationships focusing on renewals, account updates, and licensing changes, directly supporting annual retention goals and ensuring schools receive consistent, high-quality service.

Requirements

• 1-2 years client service experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage resellers and clients within assigned account
• Manage renewal lifecycle from quoting to order processing
• Proactively reach out to customers 90 days before renewal
• Resolve order processing and license expiration issues
• Maintain accurate CRM data on licensing and contacts
