Description

You will lead the strategy and execution of end-user technology, including endpoints, M365, collaboration tools, and IT automation, to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. You'll manage teams, budgets, and projects while ensuring secure and scalable services.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, M365
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
• Experience with conference room AV technologies (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms)
• Proven success in implementing AI and automation in IT operations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-user technology strategy and roadmaps aligned to business goals
• Oversee lifecycle management of endpoints, M365, and conference room tech
• Manage projects including hardware/software upgrades and integrations
• Partner with Finance and Procurement on budgeting and vendor management
• Implement IT automation and AI-driven support solutions
