You'll join a team transforming business finance in Latin America, reviewing corporate documents and drafting contracts for financing operations. Your work will ensure regulatory compliance and support sustainable growth in a dynamic fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review corporate documents such as bylaws and powers of attorney
• Draft contracts and annexes for financing agreements
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead solutions
• Monitor financial and technology regulations in operational countries

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• 1+ year of experience in legal field, preferably fintech or financial services
• Knowledge of corporate, commercial, and civil law
• Knowledge of financial and technology regulations in Mexico
