💼 About This Role

You'll join Precisely's Fulfillment team to electronically deliver software products and manage license keys for customers and partners. You'll ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment under tight financial deadlines. This entry-level role is the foundation of the revenue recognition process.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Utilize Salesforce and key generation tools for product fulfillment.
• Deliver software, keys, data, and SaaS before invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Work under tight financial deadlines during month-end and quarter-end.
• Provide license keys restricted to paid functionality and contract terms.
• Maintain strict processes for case creation and fulfillment queue oversight.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in order fulfillment domain.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
