Description

As Head of Finance, you will lead the Finance organization, own the company model and planning rhythm, strengthen controllership and revenue practices, and partner with the executive team on capital strategy and scaling the business. You will drive financial discipline, build scalable frameworks, and leverage AI to modernize workflows.

Requirements

• 15+ years of Finance experience, including leadership of FP&A and Accounting/Controllership in AI, SaaS, fintech, or technology
• Prior experience as Head of Finance or VP Finance with full-stack ownership
• Experience in pre-scale or scale-up environments with evolving products and complex deals
• Experience preparing for audit, late-stage financing, or other capital events strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex financials simply and drive alignment

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance organization, including FP&A, Operations, Accounting, and Procurement Compliance
• Oversee controllership, revenue practices, audit readiness, and financial operations
• Own the company financial model and planning cadence, ensuring alignment with strategy
• Define and maintain economic story: unit economics, LTV/CAC, pricing, and revenue quality
• Champion automation and AI in close, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
