💼 About This Role

You'll build an AI Language Tutor mobile app from scratch, owning architecture and MVP development. Your core impact will be ensuring seamless real-time voice interaction with AI. You'll also lead and grow the mobile engineering team as the first hire.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build mobile app MVP from scratch with React Native
• Integrate real-time voice recording, processing, and playback
• Implement UI/UX in collaboration with designers and PM
• Set up CI/CD and manage App Store and Google Play releases

📋 Requirements

• 4-5+ years in mobile development at Senior or Tech Lead level
• Deep expertise in React Native and mobile app lifecycle
• Experience leading a dev team as Tech Lead or mentor
• Experience optimizing app performance with audio/network integrations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Speech-to-Text or Text-to-Speech technologies
• Building apps with subscription monetization
• Worked in early-stage startups or EdTech
