You'll work closely with children and families providing compassionate ABA therapy, supported by a skilled clinical team. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress to drive positive outcomes. This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments for developmental disabilities and autism
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

📋 Requirements

• BCBA credential in good standing
• Experience with children and developmental disabilities or autism
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions
• Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA
